RSL (Restricted Service License) is available for AM and FM stations. The duration is limited to 28 days. How the 28 days are implemented is up to the operator. As an example, the soccer RSL's only broadcast on match day. RSL stations have a transmission power of 1 watt.

Radio Latics, 1386 kHz was a matchday station. These soccer radio stations
broadcast only on the respective match day.

Radio Canary, 1602kHz, Norwich
Radio Canary was also a Match Day Station. The station only broadcast on the day of the Canaries. The Norwich Canary, once the pet of the weavers' guild in the city of East England, is now the mascot of the Norwich City Football Club
