(Restricted Service License) is available for AM and FM stations.
The duration is limited to 28 days.
How the 28 days are implemented is up to the operator.
As an example, the soccer RSL's only broadcast on match
day. RSL stations have a transmission power of 1
watt.
Susy Radio, 531kHz, was an RSL to get a license later.

Norwich Canary, once the pet of the weavers' guild in the city of East England,
is now the mascot of the Norwich City Football Club
